Data Feed Licence

Annual licence for our 320+ site data feed in CSV, JSON or XML. Pricing starts at EGP 18,000 per year for up to 50 site records and scales linearly. Full database licence available. Includes six-month rolling verification updates and emergency updates for major policy changes.

Group Briefing & Educational

Pre-departure briefings for school groups, university field trips and specialist tour departures: EGP 3,500 per session (up to 90 minutes), including slide deck and MP4 recording. Academic discounts available for non-profit and university departments upon presentation of institutional ID.

Pricing FAQ

No. Our service fees cover research, document preparation and consulting time only. Monument entry fees are paid directly to the Supreme Council of Antiquities at each site. However, we provide a detailed and current fee schedule for every site in your guide pack so you can budget with precision. We include both the base entry fee and the costs of any supplementary tickets — pyramid interiors, specific royal tombs, the Tutankhamun galleries — so there are no surprises on the ground.
Yes. If you purchase the Essentials pack and later decide you want full itinerary planning added, we charge only the difference in price between the packages rather than the full price of the upgrade. Contact us within 30 days of your original purchase to apply the upgrade. For the Explorer-to-Specialist upgrade, the same principle applies. We will issue a new invoice for the difference and merge your documents without restarting the research process.
We accept bank transfer in EGP, USD or EUR, and payment via international credit or debit card through our PCI-compliant payment processor. Stripe and Wise are both supported. We issue a formal tax invoice bearing our Tax ID (634-218-705) and GAFI registration number (487302) for all transactions. Invoices are delivered by email in PDF format within one business day of payment confirmation.
Your guide pack is delivered as a PDF — once you download it, you retain it permanently. We store a copy on our server for 18 months after delivery in case you need to re-download (for example, if you lose the file before your trip). After 18 months we may delete our server copy, but your downloaded copy remains yours indefinitely. If significant changes occur at a site you have a guide pack for — such as a major pricing revision or the opening of a new section — we send a brief update notification by email at no extra charge if the change occurs within three months of your planned visit date.
If your trip is cancelled before we have begun research work, we refund in full. If research has been started — which we define as the desk-research phase beginning after you confirm the brief — we retain 30% to cover the work completed and refund 70%. Once a completed guide pack has been delivered, refunds are not available as the intellectual property has been transferred. In the rare event that you have a factual concern about the accuracy of information in your guide, we will investigate and, if we confirm an error, will either correct the document or provide a partial credit toward a future purchase.
Prices shown on this page are exclusive of Egyptian VAT (14%), which is added at invoice stage for purchases by entities with Egyptian billing addresses. International clients — those based outside Egypt — are not subject to Egyptian VAT under current ETA regulations and are invoiced at the listed price only. Your invoice will clearly itemise the base service fee and any applicable taxes so there is no ambiguity in your financial records.
